Brian Hansberry was named President and Chief Executive Officer at Seneca Gaming Corporation in September 2007, after serving in the capacity on an interim basis since February 2007. At the time of his interim appointment, Mr. Hansberry was serving as the General Manager at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel, a post he accepted in August 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Hansberry served as General Manager at Seneca Allegany Casino and was STGC's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2003. Mr. Hansberry joined Seneca Gaming Corporation in October 2002 as a Table Games Shift Manager and subsequently served as Table Games Manager. Mr. Hansberry has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry. He has worked for several gaming corporations including Resorts International Casino and The Sands Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, and Players Island Casino Isle of Capri in Louisiana. Mr. Hansberry has experience in operations, marketing and administration, and has held the positions of Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations and Administration. He is a 1977 graduate of Rutgers University.

Catherine Walker joined Seneca Gaming Corporation as Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel, Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino. Ms. Walker joined Seneca Gaming Corporation after working for the Trump organization since 2000, during which time she held the position of General Manager at the Trump Indiana Hotel Casino, the Trump Taj Mahal Casino and, most recently, the Trump Marina Hotel Casino. She has also held executive positions for Harrah�s Entertainment and Players Island Hotel Casino. Prior to starting her career in operations in 1995, Ms. Walker served 13 years as Assistant General Counsel for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

David Sheridan was appointed Seneca Gaming Corporation's Chief Financial Officer in July 2008, and also serves as SGC's principal financial and accounting officer. Mr. Sheridan most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for the Oneida Indian Nation, where he was responsible for overall financial planning, budgeting and all operational and financial accounting for the nation and its enterprises, including Turning Stone Resort & Casino. He served in that capacity from January 2007 - February 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Sheridan was Director of Accounting and Finance at Turning Stone Resort & casino from March 2003 until January 2007. Mr. Sheridan worked at the Syracuse, NY office of PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 1996 - March 2003. A graduate of LeMoyne College, Mr. Sheridan is a certified public accountant and a forensic certified public accountant.

Barry Brandon is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing all legal issues for Seneca Gaming Corporation. His experience includes serving as a partner with the firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld LLP in Washington, D.C., with a focus on Indian law, gaming and economic development. Mr. Brandon has also helped implement U.S. policy for Indian gaming operations while serving as general counsel and chief of staff at the National Indian Gaming Commission in Washington, D.C. His other experience includes Deputy Director of the U.S. Secretary of the Interior's Indian Water Rights Office, and senior trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Brandon is an enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and an adopted member of the Seneca Nation of Indians.

Rajat R. Shah Rajat R. Shah has served as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since May 2, 2005. Prior to joining SGC, Mr. Shah was a counsel at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law, with a concentration in the areas of finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. From September 1996 until January 1998, Mr. Shah worked as an associate at the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Mr. Shah earned his B.A. in 1993 from Gettysburg College and his J.D. in 1996 from Vanderbilt University.

Robert Victoria was named Senior Vice President of Marketing for Seneca Gaming Corporation and all of its subsidiary companies in April 2007. He joined Seneca Gaming Corporation in April 2006 as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining SGC, Mr. Victoria served as Regional Vice President of Casino Marketing for Harrah's Entertainment in Mississippi since 2005. Mr. Victoria spent nine years at Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut, where he served as Vice President of Casino Marketing from 2000-2005. Prior to that appointment, his employment at Mohegan Sun included serving in the positions of Vice President of Player Development and Director of Casino Hosts. A casino industry veteran for more than 15 years, He started his gaming industry career in 1992 at Foxwoods Resort and Casino.
