Catherine Walker was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2010 after joining Seneca Gaming Corporation in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and has been serving as its principal executive officer since the spring of 2009. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance at three casino properties with more than 3,500 workers, 6,500 slot machines, 140 table games, 800 hotel rooms, ten restaurants, a championship golf course and other related amenities. Ms. Walker joined Seneca Gaming Corporation after working for the Trump organization since 2000, during which time she held the position of General Manager at the Trump Indiana Hotel Casino, the Trump Taj Mahal Casino and, most recently, the Trump Marina Hotel Casino. She has also held executive positions for Harrah's Entertainment and Players Island Hotel Casino. Prior to starting her career in operations in 1995, Ms. Walker served 13 years as Assistant General Counsel for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

David Sheridan was appointed Seneca Gaming Corporation's Chief Financial Officer in July 2008, and also serves as SGC's principal financial and accounting officer. Mr. Sheridan most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for the Oneida Indian Nation, where he was responsible for overall financial planning, budgeting and all operational and financial accounting for the nation and its enterprises, including Turning Stone Resort & Casino. He served in that capacity from January 2007 - February 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Sheridan was Director of Accounting and Finance at Turning Stone Resort & casino from March 2003 until January 2007. Mr. Sheridan worked at the Syracuse, NY office of PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 1996 - March 2003. A graduate of LeMoyne College, Mr. Sheridan is a certified public accountant and a forensic certified public accountant.

Kirstin Lowry Sommers was appointed General Counsel at Seneca Gaming Corporation in December 2011, after serving as Acting General Counsel for several months. In this role, she oversees all legal processes, policies and actions on behalf of the corporation's Board of Directors, the company and its three casino operations, including contracts, risk management, compliance and regulatory oversight. Lowry Sommers built a distinguished legal career prior to joining Seneca Gaming Corporation in 2010. As a litigator, she has a background in complex commercial and securities litigation and has defended commercial contract and securities class actions, among other matters. In addition, she has extensive experience in development and sustainable initiatives, having worked with builders, contractors, suppliers and governmental entities in matters involving contracting and risk mitigation. A recognized leader in the field, Lowry Sommers has counseled numerous clients in the areas of American Indian law and policy. Her work in this area has included working with various Native American and minority business enterprises on general business matters, government contracting and compliance.
